Milton Cunard did remodeling in and out of my home, and contrary to other contractors we have used, I did not feel threatened by having him in my home.

To whom may concern- Milton Cunard had done work for myself over the past 6 years. Milton has completed basements, decks, roofing, paint, for me over the past 6 years completing all work on time and to satisfactory. I would recommend him.

Basement Remodel - Roswell

Milton Cunard finished my basement that was only partially studded. The work included electrical, plumbing, studding new walls, a complete full bath, and adding new plumbing for an island area that required breaking up the basement concrete flooring. Other details of the construction included mutiple tray ceiliings, adding a double french door to the back of the basement, an arched opening, and opening the stairway to the basement to the first floor.

Comment on Work :

All work was done to my satisfaction or above my expections. It was done in a quaility and timely manner. He is also a very trustworthy person who we trusted to enter our home even when no one was at home. His rates were fair and reasonable. In conclusion, I would look to Milton to do other work for me in the future if we do an additions or finishing work to our home. I would recomment him to perform any level of work to your home.
